CONTRIBUTIONS
As the solo indie developer of 100 Raccoons, I lead the game from concept to release, covering user experience design, programming, production, art direction, and Steam publishing.
• Developed the gameplay systems, level progression, save data, achievements, and UI in Unity
• Built a scalable framework that allows new locations and hidden objects to be added efficiently
• Established the visual direction and coordinated artwork production for each country-themed map
• Developed QOL features including level reset, settings, and visual feedback for discovered objects
• Integrated Steam features including achievements, Steam Cloud, and platform-specific functionality
• Managed localization and Steam store presentation for an international release
• Oversaw the complete production pipeline from concept and prototyping through content production, testing, release preparation, and content updates

DESIGN IDENTITY
A relaxing hidden object experience built around the simple satisfaction of spotting something hidden in plain sight. With no timers or score pressure, the game emphasizes observation, exploration, and the rewarding rhythm of gradually discovering all 100 raccoons.

LEVEL DESIGN
Each scene balances visual density with readability, using landmarks, architecture, environmental props, and varied compositions to create interesting hiding opportunities. Raccoons are placed across different levels of visibility and difficulty to maintain a natural sense of discovery throughout the level.

COMPLETIONIST DESIGN
Designed to reward players who enjoy completion and achievement hunting. Each location offers clear completion goals alongside Steam achievements that encourage players to find every raccoon, complete every destination, and work toward full game completion while keeping the core experience relaxed and accessible.
