CONTRIBUTIONS

As the producer / systems & game designer, my responsibilities include managing the project scope, designing the narrative, level design, developing systems and tools, and gameplay scripting.

• Led the project development through an agile workflow and coordinated weekly sprints
• Oversee all aspects of the game design, technical systems, and narrative experience
• Define the game concept and project scope
• Design and implement the dialogue system and NPC finite-state machines
• Script gameplay sequences such as NPC interactions and environment puzzles
• Implement dynamic camera and cutscene system using Cinemachine
• UI and level design with paper prototypes
• Craft the narrative through puzzle-based storytelling

As the newcomer at a seemingly dull and droll corporate office, players will engage in conversations with their colleagues and perform simple everyday tasks given to them. Upon progressing through the tasks, the player advances the narrative as they liven up the mood of their colleagues and the office.

Built upon an evocative architecture, the narrative utilizes the stigma of life in a corporate job as mundane and uneventful. Players start off their first day of work by entering the office, a monotonous environment represented by a monochromatic world. Through the concept of colors of life, the world fills up with vibrant colors as players interact and help their coworkers to express themselves and regain their colors.
